Where it comes from
Built by operators, not a software company.
ConduitMD was built by the team behind RxPepsDirect, a direct-to-patient peptide practice, and Recovery Delivered, a telehealth addiction medicine practice.
Running a peptide practice direct to patients taught us what a formulary actually needs to be, which pairings collide, which conditions have to be declined automatically, how refills should be timed to what a vial really holds, and how a compounding pharmacy behaves when an order is ambiguous. That knowledge is now roughly fifteen hundred lines of clinical safety logic and eleven designed programs, and it is what a partner is actually buying.
Running a telehealth addiction medicine practice taught us how physician-owned professional entities, management services agreements and multi-state licensure have to be structured so that they survive the states that look hardest. That is the structure underneath every partner.
We sell flat fees and medication at cost because it is the better commercial deal and the more defensible structure, and those turn out to be the same fact.
