Before you say yes.
Is this legal?
Yes. Every patient is evaluated by a licensed provider in their state who writes a prescription only when it is appropriate, and every prescription is filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Nothing ships without a prescription. This is the opposite of the research-chemical market.
Do I need a medical license?
No. You are not prescribing, you are not selling medication, and you never touch it. You offer a program and get paid for the service you provide around it. A physician-owned practice handles the medical side and the pharmacy handles the medication.
Do I need to know anything about peptides?
No, and that is the point. You choose which programs to offer. Screening, provider review, prescribing, pharmacy, shipping and refills are handled for you. If a client has a medical question, they message the provider, not you.
What if a client has a health condition?
Every client completes a health screening before anything is reviewed. Certain conditions are automatically declined and others are flagged for the provider to look at personally. That logic is built in and you do not have to think about it.
Who sets the price my clients pay?
You do. We charge you medication and shipping at the pharmacy's cost plus flat fees that never change with volume or with what is prescribed. Everything above that is yours.
Who handles customer service and billing?
You do. Your clients are your customers: you bill them inside the portal at your price, and account, payment, scheduling and refund questions go to your team under your brand. Medical questions go to the licensed provider through the portal. We handle only the medical side and never contact your clients about anything else.
Do you take a percentage?
Never. No revenue share, no commission, no cut of your patient price. Flat fees only.
Does the medication need mixing?
No. It ships from the pharmacy ready to use, with the dosing instructions the provider set.
How fast can I launch?
A branded page for a single operator can be live within days. Enterprise and multi-location rollouts are scoped to the states and integrations involved.
What if it does not work for my audience?
There is no long-term contract for operators. If your audience does not respond, you stop.
Can my clients just go direct somewhere else?
They can buy unregulated research chemicals from a seller with no prescriber. What they cannot get anywhere else is a real program, with a licensed provider behind it, from someone they already trust. That is what you are offering.

Who is the medical practice?
A physician-owned professional entity with prescribers licensed in the patient's state, collaborating physicians where an NP requires one, and a medical director for the telehealth service. You own the brand, the customer relationship and the commercial program. You never own or direct the clinical layer, which is exactly what keeps the structure clean in strict states.
Does your medical director cover my physical locations?
No. Our medical direction covers the telehealth prescribing that runs on our rails. Anything performed in your own building, such as injections, infusions or laser, carries its own facility-level medical director requirement under your state's law. We put that boundary in writing.
Who is the merchant of record?
You are, for your clients. You bill them inside the portal at your price, in your name, the way clinics do on other white-label platforms. Every visit and every pharmacy charge runs through ConduitMD, and we invoice you once a week for visits and medication at cost. The practice never bills your client and never speaks to them about anything but their care. Final construction is confirmed with counsel per partner. Walk through the options with your counsel.
Do you ever hold title to the medication?
The platform never does. The pharmacy compounds under the practice's prescription and ships direct to the patient.

What is excluded?
Controlled substances, always. No exceptions, which removes the entire DEA layer from your program and from ours.
