White-label peptide program platform
White-label peptide program platform
A white-label peptide program lets a gym, coach, med spa or wellness brand offer prescription peptide programs under its own name while a physician-owned medical practice does the prescribing and a licensed 503A pharmacy fills and ships. ConduitMD supplies the storefront, screening, patient portal, provider network, pharmacy connection and support. You bring the audience and set the price.

Definition
What is a white-label peptide program?
It is a prescription peptide program sold under your brand, with the medical care and the medication supplied by licensed third parties you never have to build. Three layers, and you own one of them.
Commercial layer: yours
Brand, storefront, marketing, customer relationship and the program price. Paid a flat program fee for the non-clinical work you do.
Clinical layer: a physician-owned practice
Screening review, prescribing, refills and every medical question, by a clinician licensed in the client's state. Every fill is reviewed; nothing auto-ships on a long script.
Pharmacy layer: a licensed 503A
Compounds under the practice's prescription and ships direct to the client. Neither you nor the platform ever holds medication.
The full map of where your brand appears and where the practice must be named is on the compliance page. If you are starting from zero, read how to start a peptide business without a medical license first.
What you get
What does a white-label peptide program include?
Six surfaces, all in your brand, all run for you. The practice is named in the consent, the clinician signature and a one-line disclosure, and nowhere else.
Client storefront on your domain
Programs, prices and screening on programs.yourbrand.com or a page of the site you have. Your logo, colors and voice.
Health screening in your brand
Ten minutes of questions. Peptide-specific deny and flag rules run before a clinician ever sees the case.
Patient portal and dosing card
Status timeline, tracking, the prescription as written, and a message thread with the licensed clinician.
Every email under your name
Received, approved, shipped, refill due. Sent from your domain once verified, signed by the clinician where the law requires.
Partner portal
Clients, orders, status and what you keep. Never screening answers, never clinician messages.
Pharmacy and shipping, handled
A licensed 503A compounding pharmacy fills under the practice's prescription and ships ready to use, direct to the client.
Programs
Which peptide programs can you offer under your brand?
Eleven designed programs built from 71+ orderable compounded products. Each has a course length, screening gates and an estimated retail range. Most partners launch with two or three.
| Program | What it is for | Format | Estimated retail per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recovery | Clients who train hard and stopped bouncing back, or have a nagging soft-tissue complaint. | Injection | $249 to $349 |
| Sleep | The client who sleeps eight hours and still wakes up tired. | Injection | $199 to $299 |
| Focus | The founder, the exec, the person who says they have brain fog. | Nasal spray, Injection | $299 to $399 |
| Longevity | Healthy-aging clients and the longevity-curious. The highest-value segment in wellness. | Injection | $349 to $449 |
| Weight Support | Clients on a weight-loss medication who are worried about losing muscle with the fat. | Injection | $299 to $399 |
| Skin | Clients who will not do needles. Nothing in this program is injected. | Topical, no needles | $149 to $199 |
| Transformation | Clients who train consistently and want fat down and lean mass up, without a GLP-1. | Injection | $349 to $449 |
| Drive | Low libido and arousal complaints, in both men and women. | Injection, Oral | $199 to $299 |
| Immune | Frequent illness, post-viral fatigue, high-stress and high-travel clients. | Injection | $199 to $299 |
| Gut | Functional-medicine and integrative audiences. Entirely oral. | Oral, no needles | $299 to $399 |
| Nerve | Neuropathic complaints and chronic pain, where nerve and soft tissue overlap. | Injection | $249 to $349 |
Estimated retail is the low end of the market. You set the price. The lowest-priced program, Skin, is topical with no injections; the highest, Longevity and Transformation, run 12 weeks or longer. Full detail on the programs page.
Your role
Who prescribes, who fills, and who bills the client?
A clinician prescribes, the pharmacy fills, and you bill your client for your program at your price. The four things you never do are the four things that keep the structure clean in strict states.
Zero prescribing
A clinician licensed in the member's state decides who is treated and with what. Not you, and not us.
Zero medication
You never buy, hold, ship or resell a drug. The pharmacy ships to the patient.
Zero health records
Screening answers and provider messages live with the practice. You see status and earnings.
Zero clinical revenue
You never hold or mark up the professional fee or the medicine. You are paid a flat fee for the non-clinical work you do.
Every visit and every pharmacy charge is invoiced to you weekly at cost. The client is never charged by the practice for anything but their care. Money flow in detail on the pricing page.
Comparison
How does ConduitMD compare with generic white-label telehealth platforms?
Most white-label telehealth platforms were built for GLP-1 and testosterone and add peptides as a footnote. In an August 2026 review of nine platforms' public pages, none published a peptide formulary and one named three peptides. This is the comparison on the dimensions that decide whether a peptide program can launch at all.
| Dimension | Typical white-label telehealth platform | ConduitMD |
|---|---|---|
| Therapeutic peptides offered | A handful, usually beside GLP-1 and testosterone | 70+ orderable products, 11 designed programs |
| Setup or onboarding fee | $5,000 to $12,000 is common | None for operators; scoped for enterprise |
| Who sets the patient price | Often the platform | You do |
| Revenue share | Up to 40% of every order, or a residual that shrinks the longer a patient stays | 0% |
| Medication pricing | Bundled or marked up | Pharmacy cost, passed straight through |
| Provider review | One visit covers a 90-day script | Every fill reviewed by a licensed provider |
| Screening logic | Generic intake | Peptide-specific deny and flag rules, built in production |
| Built by | A software company | Operators running a live peptide practice |
Takeaway: on a generic platform the question is what percentage they take; on ConduitMD the question is what you charge, because the fees are flat and the medication passes through at cost. Category claims come from platforms' own public pages, compared on the compare page.
Why a program instead of a website
Why not let clients buy research-use-only peptides themselves?
Because most of them already are, and the vials are not what the label says. A licensed program is the safe version of what your members are doing anyway.

What does a white-label peptide program cost?
Two flat fees, a provider fee per visit and a platform fee per month, plus medication and shipping at the pharmacy's cost. No setup fee for operators, no revenue share, no markup on medication. The current rate card is on the pricing page and in every proposal.
- The provider fee is identical on every product and at every volume
- The platform fee never earns a volume discount on the clinical side
- You set the client price and keep everything above your landed cost

Frequently asked
White-label peptide program questions
What is a white-label peptide program?
A peptide program sold under your brand where an independent, physician-owned medical practice does the prescribing and a licensed 503A pharmacy fills and ships. You provide the audience, the storefront and the program price. ConduitMD supplies the software, the practice, the pharmacy connection and the support. Your clients see your brand on every screen; the practice is named only where the law requires it.
Do I need a medical license to offer a white-label peptide program?
No. You never prescribe, sell or handle medication. A clinician licensed in each client's state reviews every screening and every refill. Anything your own staff do physically to a client on your premises is a separate matter and still needs your own medical director.
How many peptides can a white-label program include?
Seventy or more orderable compounded products, curated into 11 designed programs: Recovery, Sleep, Focus, Longevity, Weight Support, Skin, Transformation, Drive, Immune, Gut and Nerve. Most partners launch with two or three programs.
How much does a white-label peptide program cost to run?
Two flat fees, a provider fee per visit and a platform fee per month, plus medication and shipping at the pharmacy's cost. No setup fee for operators, no revenue share and no markup on medication. You set the price your clients pay and keep everything above your landed cost.
Which states can a white-label peptide program serve?
Twenty-eight states plus the District of Columbia are live today, meaning a licensed prescriber and a licensed pharmacy both cover the client's state. Four more are pharmacy-ready and eighteen are expanding with a second pharmacy. Coverage is confirmed in writing per partner before launch.
How long does it take to launch a white-label peptide program?
About a week. Day 0 is a twenty-minute kickoff, days 1 to 3 build the brand kit and program card, days 3 to 7 put the storefront on your domain, and coverage is confirmed on day 7. Screening, review, pharmacy and shipping run from launch without your involvement.
Is a white-label peptide program legal?
Yes, when the medicine is prescribed by a licensed clinician after a screening and filled by a licensed pharmacy under that prescription, which is how every ConduitMD order works. Selling peptides labeled for research use to people is not, and the FDA sent more than 50 warning letters for it in September 2025.
Compounded peptides are prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy under a prescription and are not FDA-approved drugs. ConduitMD provides software and management services to an independent medical practice and to its partners; it does not prescribe or dispense.
