ConduitMD

White-label walkthrough

Their brand, front to back. Our practice underneath.

Pick a brand and follow one client from the storefront to a shipped order. Every screen carries the partner's brand. The licensed medical practice appears exactly where it has to, and ConduitMD never appears at all.

Viewing as

Step 1

Their storefront, on their domain.

Iron Republic Fitness gets a storefront at programs.ironrepublicfit.com, or a section of the site they already have. Their logo, colors, tone of voice, program names and retail prices. We build it from their brand kit in days. Nothing on it says ConduitMD.

Step 2

Their client is screened, in their brand.

A client picks Recovery at $249 a month and answers the health questions. Peptide-specific deny and flag rules run underneath. The consent names the independent medical practice as the treating entity, because that is who is treating them, and everything else looks like Iron Republic.

Step 3 of 4 · Health questions

A few questions your provider needs answered

Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?

YesNo

Any history of cancer?

YesNo

Do you take thyroid medication?

YesNo
Program: Recovery · $249/month · Colorado
Continue

By continuing you consent to evaluation by an independent licensed medical practice.

Step 3

A licensed provider reviews it. The email carries their name.

A clinician licensed in Colorado reviews the screening and approves when appropriate. The approval goes out from programs@ironrepublicfit.com, in Iron Republic's voice, with the clinician's signature and a one-line disclosure at the bottom. That line is the only place the practice appears.

Subject: Your Recovery program is approved

IRIron Republic Fitness

Good news, Maya.

A licensed provider in Colorado reviewed your screening and approved your Recovery program. Your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and ships within two business days.

What happens next

  • 1. The pharmacy compounds your medication and ships it ready to use.
  • 2. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves.
  • 3. Your dosing card is in your portal. Message your provider anytime.

Reviewed by your provider, a nurse practitioner licensed in Colorado.

Care is provided by an independent, physician-owned medical practice and its licensed clinicians. Medication is compounded and shipped by a licensed 503A pharmacy under a valid prescription. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved drugs.

Step 4

The pharmacy ships. They track it in their portal.

Tracking, dosing card and provider messaging live at programs.ironrepublicfit.com. Replies come from the licensed clinician, not from Iron Republic staff, and Iron Republic staff never see the thread. Refills are reviewed every cycle, never auto-shipped.

Can I take the evening dose earlier on training days?
Yes. Keep it at least two hours after your last meal. I have updated your dosing card. Your provider, NP

Replies come from the licensed clinician. Iron Republic staff do not see this thread.

Step 5

Their team sees status and earnings. Nothing clinical.

Iron Republic's dashboard shows who signed up, which program, where each order is, and what they earned. No screening answers, no medical records, no provider messages. That boundary protects their clients and protects them.

Where the seams are

What carries their brand, and where the practice has to show.

White label does not mean hiding who is providing care. It means the brand is theirs everywhere the law allows, and the practice is named exactly where it must be. Here is the full map.

How we take over

From kickoff to launch in about a week.

For an operator. Enterprise rollouts are scoped to states and integrations, and the timeline is stated in the agreement.

  1. Day 0

    Twenty-minute kickoff

Your audience, which programs fit, which states you need, and what you want to charge.

  2. Day 1 to 3

    Brand kit and program card

Logo, colors, tone of voice, program names and retail prices. We build the storefront and the email templates from it.

  3. Day 3 to 7

    Storefront on your domain

A subdomain on your own domain, or a section of your existing site. Your screening flow, your programs, your prices.

  4. Day 7

    Coverage confirmed

Prescriber and pharmacy licensure checked against the states your clients live in. What is live is stated in writing.

  5. Launch

    You tell your people

From here we run screening, provider review, pharmacy, shipping, refill reviews and provider messaging. You bill your clients inside the portal, handle their customer service and watch the dashboard. We invoice you weekly for visits and medication.

After launch we run the medical side: screening, provider queue, pharmacy dispatch, shipping, refill reviews and provider messaging. The partner bills their clients, handles customer service, watches the dashboard and tells their people.

Four brands, one platform

Switch the brand above and every screen changes. The rails do not.

Demo brands are fictional and retail prices are illustrative. Patient and staff names on these screens are made up. Talk to us to see it in your brand.

Send us a logo and a program idea. We will come back with your storefront mocked up and the states we can serve you in.
