Pricing

You set the price. We charge two flat fees.

How the price works

Three lines. Two of them never move.

Every order carries the same structure, whichever program your client chose and however many clients you have.

  • You price the program

The retail price is yours to set and yours to change. The estimated retail beside each program is where partners typically land.

  • You pay landed cost, invoiced weekly

The pharmacy's price for the medication and shipping, plus one flat provider fee per visit, both invoiced to you by ConduitMD once a week. The flat platform fee is monthly.

  • The difference is your program fee

Paid for the program and service you wrap around the care. Never a spread on the medication, never shared with us.

Illustrative. Assumes one provider review per client per month and no churn. Medication and shipping are whatever the pharmacy charges at the time. Your program fee is a fee for the program and service you provide, not a markup on medication.

How we make money

Two flat fees. Nothing else, and nothing hidden.

A provider fee, per visit

Paid to the medical practice for the clinician's review of each order and each refill. Identical on every product and at every volume.

A platform fee, per month

Paid to ConduitMD for the software, the pharmacy connection, order routing and partner support. It buys capability, never a discount on the clinical side.

That is the whole list. We do not buy and resell medication, we do not take a share of your client price, and we are not paid more when your client buys more. Saying it plainly is part of why partners trust the margin is theirs.

Why it is built this way

Flat is a compliance posture, not a discount.

The provider fee is flat

One fixed fee per visit. Identical on every product and identical at every volume. It never scales with what is prescribed or what it costs, because a professional fee that moves with the value of the drug stops looking like a professional fee.

The platform fee is flat

One monthly fee for the software, pharmacy connection, order routing and partner support. Volume never earns a discount on the clinical side. It only ever buys more capability on the software side.

Medication and shipping pass through at cost

You pay exactly what the pharmacy charges. We never buy and resell medication, never hold it, and never take a margin on it.

Nothing is a percentage of anything

No revenue share. No commission. No per-message charges. No cut of your patient price. You set your retail and keep everything above your landed cost.

Enterprise partners: implementation is scoped to states and integrations, and the platform line is negotiable. The provider fee is not, and the reason it cannot move is a selling point rather than an apology. See enterprise.

How it works

Getting started is simple.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your audience

A twenty-minute call. You describe your people, we tell you which programs fit, which one to lead with, and what partners charge for each.

  2. 02

    We build your clinical infrastructure

Branded page, screening, provider routing in your states, pharmacy connection and portal. Your programs at your prices, end to end, under your name.

  3. 03

    Go live and grow

You send people to your page. Screening, provider review, pharmacy and refills run without you. Add programs when your clients ask.

Apply and it is in your inbox the same day, with the programs we would lead with for your audience and what partners charge for them.

Frequently asked

Questions about pricing? We have answers.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum?

No setup fee and no minimum volume for operators. Enterprise implementations are scoped to states and integrations and stated in the agreement.

When do I see the actual numbers?

On the first call, and then fixed in your agreement. The provider fee is one number per visit and the platform fee is one number per month. Neither changes with what is prescribed, what it costs, or how much you sell.

Who sets the price my clients pay?

You do. The estimated retail beside each program is what partners typically charge, set at the low end of published market ranges. Price above it, below it or inside it.

Do you take a percentage?

Never. No revenue share, no commission, no cut of your client price. Two flat fees only, so a more expensive program leaves the extra margin with you.

What does medication cost me?

Exactly what the licensed pharmacy charges, plus its shipping. We never buy and resell medication, never hold it, and never take a margin on it. The per-program cost is quoted on the call and appears on every order.

What if a client is declined?

The provider declines, the client is told why in plain language, and no medication ships. Nothing is a percentage, so a declined screening costs you nothing beyond the review.
