Agencies

The medical side behind every brand you build.

For agencies that launch health and wellness businesses for clients. You build the brand. Each one runs on one licensed practice, one pharmacy connection and one platform, under its own name.

Your agency

  • A med spa’s skin brand

Each brand is its own partner, with its own agreement and its own storefront

Who does what

Three parties. Nobody does another one’s job.

Your agency builds and sells the business. Your client owns it and runs the commercial side. We handle only the medical side, and we contract with each brand directly.

Your agency
  • Finding and signing the client
  • Brand, website and business setup
  • Launch marketing and anything else you sell them
  • Your own fee, on your own terms
Your client, the brand owner
  • Signs its own partner agreement with us
  • Sets the retail price and bills its customers in the portal
  • Customer service for everything that is not medical
  • Pays the flat fees and medication at cost
ConduitMD, the practice and the pharmacy
  • Storefront, screening and patient portal in the client’s brand
  • Provider review and prescribing in the patient’s state
  • Compounding, labeling and shipping to the patient
  • Refill reviews and medical questions

Your contract with your client is yours and separate. The line between the business side and the medical side is laid out row by row on how it works.

How a launch runs

The same three steps for every brand you bring.

Nothing is rebuilt per client. A brand kit becomes the storefront, the emails and the portal.

  1. 01

    Scope the rollout with us

One call about your agency: how many brands, which states, which programs your clients want to lead with. We say on that call what is live and what is not.

  2. 02

Each client signs its own agreement

You introduce the brand owner. They sign directly with us, you hand over the brand kit, and we build the storefront, screening and portal around it.

  3. 03

    Live 14 days after signing

The storefront attaches to the site you built by subdomain, page or link. Screening, provider review, pharmacy and refills run without you or your client.

Commercial terms

Flat fees per brand. No percentage of anything.

Every brand pays the same structure as any other partner, so you can put a real number in front of a client before they sign with you.

What you can promise a client, and what you cannot.

You are selling a medical program under someone else’s name. These are the lines we hold on every brand, so your sales page and ours say the same thing.

Say this

  • Live in 28 states plus DC today
  • Every order is reviewed by a licensed provider in the patient’s state
  • Medication is compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy and ships to the patient
  • The brand owner needs no medical license
  • A brand goes live 14 days after it signs
  • The brand sets its own retail price, and everything above landed cost is its profit

Never say this

  • That compounded peptides are FDA approved
  • That a product treats, cures or prevents a disease
  • That approval is guaranteed. A provider decides every case
  • That the brand sells or ships medication itself
  • Anything about controlled substances. They are excluded, always

Agency questions

What agencies ask first.

Do you work with agencies that launch brands for clients?

Yes. Your agency finds the client and builds the brand, website and business. We provide the medical side behind it: the licensed practice, the pharmacy connection and the storefront, screening and portal in the client's brand.

Who signs the agreement, the agency or the client?

The brand owner. Each brand is its own partner with its own agreement, its own account and its own storefront. Your contract with your client is separate and yours.

Can we build the client's website ourselves?

Yes. You build the site and the brand. The storefront, screening and patient portal attach to it by subdomain, page or link, with no code, and take on the client's brand kit.

Does my client need a medical license?

No. The brand owner is not prescribing, not selling medication and never touches it. A physician-owned practice handles the medical side and a licensed pharmacy handles the medication.

How fast can a brand go live?

Fourteen days from signing, for each brand. The clock starts when the brand owner signs and setup is complete, not when your agency first talks to us.

Is there a discount for bringing several brands?

The provider visit fee is flat and identical at every volume. Setup is quoted on your call, and how many brands you plan to launch is part of that conversation.

Who handles billing and customer service for each brand?

The brand owner. They bill their customers inside the portal at their own price and answer account, payment and refund questions. The practice answers medical questions through the portal. We invoice the brand weekly for visits and medication at cost.

Which states can our clients sell into?

Twenty-eight states plus DC are live today. Four more are pharmacy-ready. See the states page for the current list before you promise a client a market.

Launching brands for clients?

Tell us how many, where and which programs. We will come back with what is live today and what each brand costs to run.
